Thanks for your comment, While no doubt, Snatam is white, she was actually brought up in the Sikh faith by her mother, and, if I’m correct, spent years as a child, growing up in India as well as in California. She and her family are devout practicing Sikhs. In fact, I find her a vibrant inspiration, having had the opportunity to spend some time with them while they were guests of ours for a fews of practice before their tour last year.
