This is not news, it’s just finally getting through the main stream media smokescreen of censorship. Interestingly, a search for this video on Youtube shows only a banner: “COVID-19: Get the latest info from the New Zealand Govt about Covid-19.” “Our single source of truth“. As we say here in NZ, ” Yeah, Nah”

From Dr. David Martin spoke before the European Parliament in Brussels at the International Covid Summit recently, stating the COVID-19 coronavirus was “accidentally or intentionally released.” He testified that The intention was to create widespread acceptance of vaccines through initiation of a world-wide pandemic.
This, from Value Entertainment.com: Dr. Martin presented the following provocative, evidence-based points through an in-depth timeline: 1965: The coronavirus, a modifiable agent which causes disease, was discovered by scientists. “Later we started learning how to modify a coronavirus by putting them in animals such as dogs and pigs,” Dr. Martin stated. 1990: Pfizer’s first coronavirus spike protein vaccine is founded based on the animal modification practice. Soon after, drug makers discovered that coronavirus vaccines did not work. “Because….read more here>

Former University community radio host Jay Barnett and I have been putting our heads together for the past year on how to create a local radio station where we could re-broadcast interviews and internet content onto the FM band here in Wanaka, New Zealand. In effect, our goal has been, to do an end-run around the mainstream media’s iron grip on free speech, and their constant barrage of “The Single Source of Truth” narrative.
Enter Reality Check Radio, a recent initiative by Voices for Freedom. “RCR” has a great line-up of experienced, seasoned professional media anchors and interviewers as well as young gun content providers on the front lines of New Zealand’s information war. Of course, hearing great interviews with guests from all over the world, informed and intelligent interviewees is great for the converted, but how do we get the messages out beyond the echo chamber?
Citizen Low Power FM (LPFM) Radio is just that. It’s one very effective way to reach that 35% of fence-sitters, who once hear the truth will recognize it when they hear it, and be drawn to hear more. They can smell it. How does it work? It’s easy, legal, inexpensive and easy to set up. There a few ground rules though: – Choose from within a range of FM frequency bands allocated for local community radio on either the bottom or top end of the FM band. – Don’t use a frequency that’s already being used. Refer to the online resource that shows what local community operators are already broadcasting in your area, and avoid using that frequency, Simply choose another one that is free within the allowed spectrum. – Have an announcement hourly that states the operator’s name and contact info (in this case of re-broadcasting a streamed interview from Reality Check Radio or the like, that’s taken care of as it’s usually embedded in the interview somewhere. – Use a wattage on your transmitter that’s no more than 1 to 1.5 watts in power. That’s about it. But how does this work?
Jay runs through the basics of LPFM
The theme of this article is “See one, do one”. The purpose is to give you enough information to purchase the needed gear and easily set up your own low power FM station in your house or even outside on a hill top. The linear range of these units are “line of sight” averaging between 5-10km depending your location and that of the antenna. Since the range isn’t huge, it’s important to find the highest ground or in our case, we may put one our moored boat with a battery pack. Currently the community station we’ve just fired up is in someone’s home, but we’re working on improving the antenna set-up for better coverage. By setting it up on the roof with a coaxial extension cord we should see better results. But the important thing is we’re live!
Pirate Radio? Nah, it’s all legal. The Lego pirate ship just happened to be there on the shelf next to the transmitter. Ha!
We’ve chosen 107 on the FM dial, which was not taken by the other operators in Wanaka. We plan on making up small stickers and putting them up lawfully around town to get the word out. The thing with these micro-stations is, since the range isn’t huge we’re looking to install multiple micro-stations strategically located in the community, throughout the Upper Clutha Valley. That way, we’ll cover more ground. The only consideration is when doing multiple stations, and if the signals overlap at all, they can interfere with each other, even cancelling themselves out in the fringe areas of their broadcasting limits. The simple solution is to us a slightly different frequency, say 107.2 FM so the two don’t interfere, and include that in any promo materials, such as stickers, with a subtext of the substation. If the two transmitters are far enough away from each other, no problem, use the same frequency (in our case, 107FM). This way, you can leap-frog the region for better coverage, alternating, in our case, between 107FM, and 107.2FM. It’s a mycelium network of truth.
Listening live to Reality Check Radio for the first time on the car’s radio. It’s Paul Brennan live. Simple setup streaming from the internet onto a tablet, phone, or computer, plugged into the small FM transmitterCloseup of transmitter, which also has a direct line-in for a mic. The tablet plugs into the AUX
So what’s needed? Below are some links to the basics including a review of what to buy and what to avoid in FM transmitters. We’ll be most likely installing one in our house, (once I check with the rest of the family, of course) with a roof-top antenna of some sort. Because of our location, we’ll have great reach of the Hawea Valley, but won’t interfere with the main town’s transmitter so we’ll stick with 107fm here at Mountain Spirit
Lastly here are some links provided by Jay on where and what to purchase in order to get your own community station going, so you can re-broadcast Realty Check Radio, your own content, or that which you pick off the internet.

Dr. Canaday has been a staunch supporter of common sense, freedom of choice and free speech since the carnival of control started with the pandemic lockdowns and mandates here in New Zealand. Early on, he visited us here in Wanaka, and gave a very informative and well-researched talk at the local community centre which was well attended by over fifty people. The next day we drove to Queenstown to hear a panel of New Zealand experts present a roundtable discussion presenting their perspective of the situation. After the panel discussion ended, I asked Peter what he thought about the quality of the cases presented. He wasn’t impressed.
The statement below was just released by Dr. Canaday regarding the medical tribunal coming up here in New Zealand. More details will follow after the tribunal has concluded. However anyone able and willing to attend in support either in the gallery or outside are encouraged to do so in New Plymouth.
Dr. Canaday’s statement:
“The show begins at 0900 on Monday 17 April at the Devon Hotel in New Plymouth (390 Devon St East, Strandon, NP) and is scheduled to run through Friday 21 April.
The Tribunal was given an opportunity to live-stream this event due to an expected significant public interest in this proceeding. I had offered to provide the equipment and we had some volunteers at the camera, but they refused.
Dr. Peter Canaday
Their answer was to increase the publicly available seats from 15 to 30 and switch to a different hearing room. (Of these, I may retain about 5 for family, support people, close friends).
To date, the hotel management has not provided any a priori method of dealing with any overflow of attendees, if there is one. I’m not sure what could be done for people that may come from outside NP if there are limited seats, but I can try to do what I can to help if that occurs.
My lawyers have advised that I keep mum about any proceedings during the week, until the Tribunal is completed and we have their determination. After that, the gag will be off, and I’ll be ready to talk about it at length.
I have good relations with Adam Holloway and Matthew McClellan, and I think they are doing a good job within the limitations of a legal system that makes up “misconduct” and “misinformation” out of whole cloth.
The PCC has made enough mistakes that we intend to take advantage of them. For the moment, I have to live in this surreal world, as we all have since 2020. I feel confident that we have a chance to make it a bit less absurd.”
By Randall Richards Living is the story of an ordinary man, reduced by years of oppressive office routine to a shadow existence, who at the eleventh hour makes a supreme effort to turn his dull life into something wonderful.
This was one of the best films I’ve ever seen. Maybe that’s because of my close brushes with death, either personally, or with family and friends who have passed on. Bill Nighy puts on a supreme performance as does his leading lady Aimee Lou Wood as do the other leading actors. The casting is top notch. The cinematography is artful and well thought through, with powerful imagery camera work throughout. Someone in our local community complained the movie is too slow, but with such weighty and important subject matter, it gives the viewer time to digest the themes and messages in the script, plus what is not said, as well is what is. Set in London in the 50’s, and based on Kazuo Ishiguro‘s story, and a remake a Kurosawa classic, it uses these two elements to amplify the lack of clear and open communication we experience more today. One almos wants to scream at the screen, telling the characters to “Open up for God’s sake”. Lastly, (spoiler alert) the timing of William’s death seems too soon in the script. Or does it? Surely he couldn’t die so early in the movie. But then, his story continues in a creative memory, so in essence he is still there for the audience. But isn’t life like that, where death comes too early or earlier than expected? I don’t think this was a haphazard construct of the movie. As mentioned in Rotten Tomatoes’ comments: Living is a movie that will leave you reflecting on the things you appreciate in your own life. It’s definitely not an action flick, but there’s plenty going on for the soul if you are willing to go there.

Ed Note: During the interview I mentioned how important it is to present professionally, by looking, acting professionally and being prepared. And then, we do this impromptu piece, looking a bit ragged. Well, I should speak for myself!
James O’Keefe, founder of Project Veritas, a 501-c-3 non-profit org in the U.S., broke the biggest story of his career on January 25th 2023 when he released an undercover video of Jordon Trishton Walker, Pfizer Director of Research and Development, Strategic Operations – mRNA Scientific Planner, with the long headline: Pfizer Executive: ‘Mutate’ COVID via ‘Directed Evolution’ for Company to Continue Profiting Off of Vaccines,‘COVID is Going to be a Cash Cow for Us’, ‘That is Not What We Say to the Public’, ‘People Won’t Like That’, ‘Don’t Tell Anyone’
The video went viral, and evidently someone didn’t like his effective journalism and got to his board of directors, who promptly fired the O’Keefe from his lead position at Project Veritas. O’Keefe mentioned that when he started Project Veritas, he didn’t realize how important his choice of board members would be. There are numerous accounts of founders being fired from the organization they started. When I started Mountain Spirit Institute in the U.S., I had taken some pointers on the importance of not only a board composition you could trust, but crafting the founding documents and by-laws to protect you down the road. After the ship sails, you have little control of your security in the organization. So it does happen. I just wouldn’t want be the three board members who ousted him.. With a nagging conscious, they’ll clearly be on the wrong side of history.
Not one to take things sitting down, O’Keefe is fired up and ready for the good fight in the arena. It appears that those in power have messed with the wrong fellow. O’Keefe has launched a new website his for-profit business called Okeefe Media Group with the tagline: “Empowering and equipping a movement of thousands of people like you to report things that are wrong, with the support of an in-house team of elite journalists to bring factual, unbiased stories to light/” Although the website is live, the full program will launch, appropriately, on July 4 ’23.
I’ve been a fan of O’Keefe for years and watched him grow in confidence and delivery. It’s becoming obvious, that each of us, who are active and have a particular calling in these times to curb government overreach, run by a ship of fools, have arrived in this time with certain skills that brought us to this point in history. It’s clear that O’Keefe is the right person for the job at the right time, and boy, is he pissed. Listen below to this recent interview about his plans to exponentially grow the concept of undercover whistle blowing by putting little cameras in the hands of qualified journalists.
His motto on the old Project Veritas site, before he was kicked off, was “Be Brave – Do Something” I look forward to helping him in some way here in New Zealand, by letting our collective of real media journalists know about this, and seeing what kind of “interesting discussions” we can unearthed by encouraging key persons in power in the land of the sheep to stand apart from the herd. As a side note, don’t expect much more from Project Veritas. The board of directors did what they thought they had to do. Who knows how they were pressured – what threats they received. Notice, I’m not bothering to put their hyperlink in this piece.
James’ catchy video below features a black car and a sandwich which were, according to O’keefe, the flimsy reasons for his firing at Project Veritas.
By the way, his new tagline is “Truth. Justice. Impact.” He’s a smart guy. But it doesn’t take rocket science to see we need to be organized, and do something. He’s looking for an army of journalists to go undercover. Who’s up for it?
“Attempting to control mucosal respiratory viruses with systemically administered non-replicating vaccines has thus far been largely unsuccessful.” ~ Dr A Fauci (former director of NIAID), 2023, commenting on vaccines for Covid-19.
Gill and Peter Bacchus are masters of their craft, Biodynamics, and I was lucky enough to spend a bit of time chatting with them after their recent workshop, held in Cromwell, New Zealand. These two are well-educated and switched on to life. They’re also in tune with the how important our relationship is with the planets, stars, earth, and the food we put into our bodies. Gill is the author of “Love Your Veges” [ed: “Veggies” for you Yanks] and Peter has authored “Biodynamic Pasture Management”. with the subtitle Balancing Fertility, Life and Energy.
YOUR FOOD SUPPLY #32: The Dynamic Duo Note: (This video series started 13 years ago, while listening to the audio version of the book, The Omnivore’s Dilemma, when Amanda and I were driving across the U.S. and were seeing the effects of industrial farming in real time while listening to the book. Here’s that first entry Your Food Supply #1To see the whole series, click on the category “Your Food Supply” in the category section of this blog on the right of your screen.
What struck me was, not only how informed Gill and Peter were when giving their workshop and interview, but how passionate they are about “the parts related to the whole” (physically, spiritually, with the plant kingdom, and universe) , and how we are all interconnected. I also appreciated Peter’s awareness of the bigger picture when it comes to globalist and government overreach. He’s clued in.
Gill has a long practical experience of organic vegetable and herb growing, and learning to choose a vegetable-based diet to manage health issues. She has helped children create school gardens, grow and cook vegetables and helped create community gardens. Gill has a masters in science in Soil Science and Human Nutrition and is also the author of Food Full of Life. Peter was raised on a biodynamic dairy farm and later worked as a medicinal herb grower, developing large-scale composting business. He consults widely and has held leadership position in biodynamic farming organizations. The two live near Thames on the north island of New Zealand. They can be reached at p.bacchus@farmside.com.nz and gillbacchus@gmail.com Although they do have a web domain, their website isn’t up and running at the moment, however here’s Gill’s Facebook page.
This year’s workshop was held at Valda Muller’s Organic New Zealand Nuts walnut farm where Valda guided the workshop participants on a walk-around of her property, which is virtually all biodynamic. The workshop was created and managed by Su Hoskins, who is also has an amazing grasp of organic and biodynamic farming, who we’ll interview soon. Sue recently hosted the two-day workshop where the first day was near Wanaka, and the second at Valda’s in Cromwell. You can learn more about Sue on her Facebook page.
If you get a chance, read their books, and if you’re in New Zealand, by all means, attend one of their, and Sue’s workshops.
